By accessing or using PrimeTouch Cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

PrimeTouch Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services including but not limited to home cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleaning, office cleaning, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and pressure washing. Service details, pricing, and availability are provided during the booking process and may vary by location.

3. Booking & Cancellation

  • Bookings require at least 24 hours notice.
  • You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.
  • Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather, emergencies, or staffing availability.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted at the time of booking and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability

PrimeTouch Cleaning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
